The Will Academy is the educational arm of Will & Probate Services (Estate Planning) Ltd one of the UK’s most respected specialist paralegal law firms.

Our mission is to educate our associates and clients to the highest levels of competency and to deliver comprehensive training solutions in the Wills and Estate Planning sector.

We are not a normal law firm, there is not much that is traditional about Will and Probate Services. The business started in 2005 as a one-man band Will Writing Firm, a sole trader business run by our Managing Director, Nicholas Ash. Now in our second decade, we are fully committed to the paralegal business model. In line with most paralegal firms, we are specialists and our chosen specialism is the elderly client market. 

From its roots in Market Deeping near Peterborough, the past three years have seen geographical expansion and we now have a Will and Probate Services operation in eight regional centres. From Horsham in the south, to Newcastle in the North East, with three more due to start trading in the coming months,  we plan to complete a national network covering the whole of England and Wales by 2024. The firm has a great reputation amongst its peers, and our internal values are the envy of many. There aren’t many law firms whose three key values for staff are ‘Give a Sh*t’, ‘Do Great Work’, and ‘Don’t be an A***hole’ but there probably should be.
